ABOUT US
What is Bluegrass YLD?
It is our goal to serve the youth of our local communities by offering leadership development opportunities and professional mentoring. We want to encourage our youth to be proactive, critical thinkers who are well prepared to be the next generation of action-takers.
Financial Literacy
Learning the basics of what it means to be financially responsible -- personally, and professionally.
Mentor-Mentee Relationships
Developing strong mentor/mentee relationships throughout your career is often linked to success, job satisfaction, and more.
Leadership Skills
Analyzing some of the core principles of effective, efficient, and influential leaders.

What does it mean to be a strategic thinker, and different ways of applying these principles as a professional.
